There's not actually any proof that she's mentally disabled, and it's people who thought that that started this whole mess in the first place, but I see your point, and I'll miss her too.

The supposed appearances she's had in S3 don't even count as cameos. In two of the three, you get nothing but the back of her head. And you only see half her face in Magic Duel, where she's so tiny you need a magnifying glass to spot her. In the rest, she doesn't show up at all, even in big crowds. There are no face shot, no silly antics, not even a cutie mark sighting. Sad, really.
