Picture made for 's contest anuranjanbhatia.deviantart.com⦠.The theme was "Door of hell" and the character had to have horns and size of the picture was to be 600x600 pixels.
This was the first time I've painted a digital landscape and I must say it was really hard! :S Since the size is so small I guess you can't see the girl very well, but if anyone is interested I can show you the bigger version as well (the size I worked in was 6000x6000 pixels).. Along the way making it, I kept stuffing in new concepts (by accident
) so in the end I had to take alot away to make it less messy.. 
It was inspired by the underworld, Hel, from the norse mythology. However this is NOT Hel nor is the girl the Goddess Hel, it was just my inspiration

Since I didn't get into top 10, I've uploaded a bigger version.. To be honest, I'm kinda disappointed, I spent hours on this picture and it kinda feel like a waste of time.. lol

within everything that Iam looking at her in the personality that i'am seeing through is whatever part of her body represent which makes her a person is the dress design Iam looking at and i feel for her , because with these people that are in the picture it shows that they're being dictated by en evil ruler and that would be this woman in the picture who's dictating over the land where the people live, and thats a great way to draw and express that feeling what your thinking through right at this minute , so yes excellent job on the coloring and sketch!

That's a really cool concept. It looks awesome having a realistic landscape on the bottom with a cartoonish figure on the top ^_^ Those horns she has are pretty fancy ;D
