Well I finally got around to using that old pic I had lying around in my computer. Yes I know they're missing their cutie marks and I kind of screwed up on Flash's hair. But this is an old pic. Thanks. It took me a while to debate whether I should use this song. But the more I thought about it the more I realized how fitting this song is despite the context.

"Despite"? In a way, it makes even more sense IN context if you think about it! La Amistad's real name being "Friendship" even serves the point that I tried to make a long time ago. So many haters of the character and shipping with him and Twilight argued that "Twilight won't abandon her friends" or "The show is about Friendship not Love/Romance" or my favorite "Twilight is the Princess of Friendship so she won't have time for Love!". They don't realize what "Friendship" really means! But that's not the point.
The point is, those thoughts, those were the chains! And the "Chains of Amistad" and how they cannot hold our couple apart... You get where I'm going with this, right?
