I don't know, but I assume it's one featuring Danny Ketch, since he has the spikes on his shoulders. Also, aside from one other ancient GR, Danny is the one who goes blue in the comics, based on Google images.

I'm kinda conflicted now, as I really like the look of the Robbie Reyes Ghost Rider, but I need to see if it looks good in blue.

Odd isn't it? Turns out after doing some digging, that his skull looks like that because it's his racing helmet.

And there's two things that are unique about Reyes GR: He isn't possessed by Zarathos, but a dead serial killer named Eli Morrow, who's obviously become a demon in the after life, and he brings Robbie back from the dead in similar fashion to the "Crow". And has the power to hide in, and teleport through shadows.

He got killed by drug dealers (who I believe he was forced to work for to help his disabled little bro), and Morrow came from the Dodge Charger he was driving, since the car was haunted.

Oh yeah, he's certainly nothing of my creation. Because remember, we're talking about Robbie Reyes, who's the newest version of GR in the comics. And Morrow sound even worse than Zarathos.
I'm simply saying I'd want to adapt his look for Johnny in his current predicament in my story. Like Milton has a Dodge Charger in "Drive Angry", I want Johnny to have one too, since his bike has been stolen. So, with that in mind, I'd take inspiration from Reyes' GR. His unique powers are cool too.
