Freddie was made by a stupid scientist who couldn't tell the difference between a deer tail and a rabbit's. He's really smart since he has the scientist's "deceased" assistant's brain with of course some adjustments. He can do all kinds of smart things just like the "former" assistant. whom was smarter than his boss He has a bit of a hair loss problem which is normal since his body if made of preserved rabbit/bunny parts- with the exception of the deer tail.
Freddie likes to dress nice and stand/walk like a boss proper gentlemen if you couldn't tell from the matching green tie and nail piercings.
