Proto Man
The first sentient robot created by Dr Light but with an unstable atomic energy core,the good Doctor tried to repair it but he escaped thinking it 'd take away his individuality.Dr Wily found him,repaired him and gave him the proto buster and the proto shield,he also created the Joe series of robots based on his design.He worked with Wily until he learned of his evil ways,he then betrayed him and started acting as a big brother figure to Mega Man.
