Designed by ! Definitely the biggest surprise from my birthday a few days ago, and wanted to hold off on making this until he returned from hiatus with the finished art that would overtake any impact of this sprite being made, but I guess I didn't exactly do that for Luigine and he's going to scoop up the impact and most of the attention this dumb parody gets anyway... and get someone going 'WALUIGINE IS A DUMB NAME' on there, then only bring the fight over to my sprites way after realising they're not his.
