Description
The coffin of Jan Palach stood on the right of the statue of Jan Hus in the inner courtyard of the Carolinum during the celebration of his funeral on 25 January 1969.Tiles bearing his name in capital letters, here covered by wreaths, inserted in the pavement where his coffin stood, have been unveiled early January 2019.
