She's a tiefling. A race descended from a mixing of humanoid and fiendish blood, in Nisha's case she's something of a mutt, with around a dozen different bloodlines from various mortal races and demons drifting around in her genetics, so to speak.

Wow - makes me think of a Roat or a Gat or something XD, Her tail looks somewhat rattish, but her hooves and her horns look goatish!, then again, she does have the bell, so she could be bovine too, or rather, Bovat or Raavine XDD
