I was thinking about joining the group so I downloaded the app ,but it says "Not editable adjustment" for the folders (Regions copy,Text to edit,Regions, andΒ elements)Β when I opened it in Adobe Photoshop ElementsΒ 

Β I think it may be because I have elements version of photoshop Β  (I have a mac ,so I don't have paint sai for the file )

I downloaded the Tif file too ,but I would like to be in theΒ Niu D’ocell , only the Rier showed up Β Β

Do you know of a surefire, virus free way I can use this application or open a Tif file?

I don't know of any actual programs so I haven't tried those but I've tried to use MS Word 2007, Paint, MS Photo Viewer but those haven't worked.
I just want a reliable program to open it so I could save it as a PNG and switch to SAI.

you can open PSD files on sai OuO. Just open it there.

you can click on the bottom download next or under the picture, it will be a psd file, Sai open a psd file and it will allow you to see the layers C:
then once you have finished you can save as a sai file or any other ^^

no but we have a Tiff file in the discription. Tif f can be opend by almost all aplications and retains its layers
