I think the only problem I have with this website is there is no focus point. Where am i supposed to look first. I looks like there is no structure with a visual accessibility. Maybe lighten the sections on the side so the viewer notices the banner more and it stands out.

Looks nice! Though, it's maybe a bit overdone if you know what I mean. There are lots of boxes, images and so on used which makes it a little disturbing. But after all a great design!
