I drew this picture a long time ago... I got my way with making the BG, coloring the BG before drawing the actual picture and painting with FORCE.

Teemutee's back and badder than ever, he's the MUGENite's furher and is the ruler of MUGEN players... he's MOAR EBIL and will feed off your soul. with the flaming DORITO by his side, and his main weapon, he'll turn anyone into DORITOS and the Teemzii army will soon rise!! Teem even has an armband of his own and will destroy all who gets in his way. His rival is unknown and will have one soon. He's friends with Weegee and Malleo BTW >:3

He's partially like Hitler, but a bit soft.
