I know many people already guessed what's wrong with him (and maybe they were right). Only you (and him) have the answer for that question, and I'm afraid that it won't come out anytime soon. (sigh) Just hope it's just a shock or his own insecurity, not sth bad like there're some paparazzi stalking them, or Julian's father threatens to cut him out if he finds out that his son is gay. (Sound familiar? XD)

I know that you can't really say anything, because spoilers. However, I noticed several theories in the comments, but not one I thought of. Perhaps Julien thinks Adam is teasing him/is going to go tell everyone how gay and desperate Julien is and how Julien, quite pathetically, has the hots for Adam. When really the audience knows Adam is being sincere. It's just another theory to add to the pile. I'm not sure I really think that's what's going on in this story.
Great work. Work hard and keep us all guessing. That's the fun part.

I think I might understand it. ._. He's blushing in every scene so he's 'obviously'(?) embarrassed since the faces aren't entirely angry. He probably covered his mouth first because it was his first kiss, there is chance that he is gay, but he hasn't accepted it yet or he is not ready to do things with another guy such as that or he is actually angry because he's not gay and we are all just getting the wrong idea from the start but I feel like this one is less likely since you have already created some concept art of them in a sexual situation but and I know he must something like gay because otherwise the whole comic would be for no reason,
