I wasn't criticizing you or anything; I was just talking about in general. We were told to treat both genders equally, but then that's ruined jokes for me where a woman is less than considerate of a man that we're all supposed to laugh at, move on, and not think too deeply about because I always think about how it would feel if the genders were flipped, and it's made worse by how you regularly see the former and none of the latter (like everyone subconsciously feels the same way), and it makes me uncomfortable. Like, everyone would say it's sexist, rapey, or abusive. So, why do people think 1 is okay and not the other? That was just a rhetorical question; I'm not actually asking you to answer it, and I'm not even saying you or other people are wrong for enjoying these jokes; I'm just venting and speaking for myself. I actually kind of wish I could go back to when my brain was more turned off, and things were simple, and I didn't think about stuff like this. But some things, once you think about, you can't not think about. It's a curse, I tells ya!
