I don't agree with X-Force02ranger's initial comment, but I also disagree with this "if you don't like it, say nothing and move on" attitude. Different interpretations are what make the world interesting, plus feedback and constructive criticism are what allows artists to know how to improve.
Of course, there are plenty of people who use things like that as an excuse to be hurtful just for the sake of being hurtful. But that's a different matter entirely.

There was nothing constructive about the comment. It was literally slut shaming the character design despite trying to have "no offense". Its like if I had a tv show with content you didnt approve of, just watch something else with content you do want and leave me alone. Its not hard to understand.

Well like it or not, when you post something into a public space, you're opening it up for criticism. If you don't want people to judge it, then you shouldn't open it up to the public in the first place. You say I'm not "respecting someone's space" but by putting it on a PUBLIC website, then it's not THEIR space.
And to say that you "don't want criticism" is very entitled sounding. As I said, criticism is ultimately what allows you to improve, and to say you don't want that basically implies that you want praise and nothing else. That's not going to happen.

but it is their space that the website allows them on their account... Look, constructive criticism is great but when its just pointless bullshit, they have a right not to have that on their stuff. If I left comments about how offended I was on every artwork I came across or how much I think it sucks, people would tell me to jump off a bridge or call me a sensitive snowflake trying to cancel peoples fun. Ive offered them nothing in the way of improvement, your argument is for a different point.
