If wishes were horses, Beggars would ride.Started working on this at 6am this'morning... finished at 10:45...you do the math.
My insperation returned last night packing for vacation and listening to Red Neck Women [I love that song
] ...very 'horsey' 'cause that's all my family's been revolving around for the past 2 weeks. 
The horse in the pic is a mix of all the other horses in my pasture that you never see. The golden-ness is from my mom's dark bay dun Morgan mare Moonlight, the long tail from Ash's morgan mare 'Nessa, and the paint-ness from Monkey, my other sisters paint horse. [His real name is Cowboy...] His spots kinda wrap around on his belly and back, so yeh, that's where that comes from.
Dedicated to 'cause her birthday passed by recently.

I LOVE IT!!!!!! you said you were mixing in different horses, and i agree, but u almost have a little bit of human in her/him too. (i hope u dont mind if i start calling it a her. darn those old habits!) anyway, the eyes and bangs over her eyes alomst have a presence of human. i love your drawing. keep drawing horses! your great at it!!!!
