This acrylic painting was done for my (first) nephew Johann who was recently born on December 14th.
I visited him and he is gorgeous, a beautiful, mostly quiet boy.

For his baby room I painted this acrylic. The basic theme of all this is about cute animals and colours. So I chose a little hedgehog in the wild and a butterfly. Oh yes and rainbows are always good

EDIT February 10th 2013: Lately my sister told me on the phone that her son has begun to stare at people and certain objects and maybe begins to recognize them. She also told me that whenever he has this painting in front of him he likes to look at it intensively. I think that's maybe the biggest compliment I can get here .
