She can call forth fictional characters or objects described in books, and enter books as a form of escape or to learn new skills. But its limited by the user's imagination and understanding of what she's summoning and the books available to them. However summoning takes a lot of concentration, and all major characters summoned come with their personalities as she remembers or understands them, so there's no guarantee what she's summoning will assist her if their alignment or interests clash with hers. So she additionally has to be careful what she brings.

4) Magic Wand ($25): A cheerful girl with a latent quirk and whose private life is shrouded in mystery. She has the ability to transform objects and people with a magic wand for 12 hours, and additionally can summon and dismiss her wand at will.
