Tori in the clothes I decided would be her usual fare.Her power set was pretty cool, if hard to use. She was born with a Chakra system that constantly produced large amounts of energy. But for some reason, she couldn't use the power herself. She just constantly leaked it. (make flowers grow really well in her room.) Eventually, through meditation and research, she found a way to funnel this reservoir to her team mates. It was called the Chakra Well technique.
