Definitely the Reflector, that's what the yellow circle is. Retribution also starts with her jumping into the air.

Considering that Tor has to use a weapon usually used on BATTLESHIPS to kill Iji (at least that's what the three-charge instant death cannon is, a shipboard weapon O_O), Iji is by far the most badass thing ever to lay feet upon the earth.
Including Tor, who rates amongst my favourite enemies in any game.
