I ported Weegee in Brawl using hax. I also gave him his staring powers and all that.

I think if there were to be a game very like Brawl but modified with more characters and levels.
Weegee will be obtainable in that game.

Maybe you can unlock Weegee is by unlocking Geno, Mewtwo, Roy, Toon Zelda/Toon Shiek (or Tetra, whoever it is), Dixie Kong, Pichu, Dr. Mario, Young Link, Plusle & Minun. That's how you get Weegee!
