Holy crap.Rainbow Dash vs Colossal Titan, how exciting!
For those who don't know, this is based on the manga/anime "Shingeki no Kyojin - Attack on Titan" which is amazing.
Seriously, go read it/watch it, you'll get feels boohoo.

I cant quite get the show really? The main problem I'm having is this Colossal Titan, I mean is it just a giant human being with its skin removed or it one o those "stages" in where the Titan will grow stronger by each passing time?

Well, he's certainly not human, it is a Titan, and about it's gigantic size, well, that I don't know. Maybe they do "evolve" in size with time or by eating humans, who knows.
I could tell you more about him but I might spoil the series for you, so I recommend you to read the manga, because the anime it's only at the begining of the story.

Crap, I dont quite have the capabilities to go to a library to find one of those, yet alone find it having the complete set of the manga collection. Trust me I'm not the kind of guy who gets spoiled by spoilers, so you can tell me everything about this so called Colossal Titan and tell me why he looks like someone from Mortal Kombat ripped his skin off?

Well, as far as I know, the colossal titan is human, a human that can transform into a titan or a titan that can transform into a human,
either way, it has both a human form and a titan form, that he can change at will.
And about the skinless appearance, I have no idea, maybe it's just an abnormality.

Soooo...why do people want to kill the Titans?

Titans eat humans, so the humans are trying to fight back, but they suck at fighting back, so there is dead people everywhere.
Thats the reason the humans built a wall, but then that wall is breached, so the titans invade the humans.
Basically its a war against the Titans, and the reason of why they appear its unknown, also, titans are very strong so killing them its almost impossible.

Okay, can these Titans talk? If so then why in the hell cant the humans and the Titans figure something out like eating cattle instead of humans?

So far they cant talk, and most of them just kill humans for "fun", I mean, they dont need to eat to survive, they just hunt humans.
Probably further in the story they'll explain what the hell is going on and why the titans appear.
