Well, what happened was they were on a date, and there was a bowl of ice cream in the middle of the table. Dennis was showing off, and using his tongue to eat said frozen delight without lifting a finger. Then, his tongue got all cold, so Scuttle (who was rather drunk at the time) started sucking on his tongue to warm it up. Then Scuttle ended up crawling across the table, with Dennis' tongue in his mouth, and made quite a scene.
It HILARIOUS.
And yeah, last panel is my fave. =w=
