Okay some info on the "technical workshop".

A "technical workshop" is pretty much a mechanic's workshop, or area for military technicians to repair vehicles ( hence "technical workshop", but we'll just call it workshop to shorten it ). This specific workshop is actually in an area that is often flooded in the country, so as you can see, the female soldier has most of her lower body covered by wall, that's because the area she's in is a flood reservoir, created so that it won't flood the entire place. As for the male soldier, he's actually above ground, and so were to be taller if he stood up. All military areas are guarded with gun emplacements and so you can see, there's one in the foreground ( it's an automatic 35mm cannon which is maneuvered by hand ). One last noticeable thing about the workshop is that small box in the bottom right corner. Its an emergency box that has a handgun inside that can be opened by soldiers( while covering behind the flood wall ), but also has a radio that both civilians and soldiers may use in-case of time where they need assistance or reinforcements.

As for the vehicle....

The vehicle is a Type - 50 Militärischen Wagen ( simply military car ), it's like a police car, except it carries no criminals and is just pretty much a patrol vehicle for soldiers to respond in. although not as strong or large as a military Humvee, military cars are faster, and keep a low distinction, so criminals are more likely to put their guard down in this case, compared to soldiers riding in APCs and such. The car carries a compartment to hold items and such, but the important part is that the engine of the vehicle is electric, allowing easy recharging and etc.

And finally the soldiers...

Basically the soldiers are carrying the current standard vest for their genders, females having a more flexible upper chest / torso area, with inter-lapped armor plates put in, plus the skirt. The males wear the same uniform except with a extra layer of laminar armor on top as they don't have the extra need for speed ( as well as a need for comfortable chests ) as females do. They also have a "skirt" but it's cut in the middle and serves as a uniform standard but also a dirt cover so to speak. Finally at last, the jack boots and Stahlhelm they have are also a distinctive feature.
