That's Bakura, not Ryou. I decided to draw him in an unexpectedly gentle pose because I imagine that Marik's "scars" could awaken that gentleness in him.Title inspired by a song from Two Steps from Hell . :]

I like it. It's nearly as if you put into thought, how much the fire hurt him there one he was small... it nearly looks like it's bleeding again with the light.

That's exactly what I was going for... remembering how much it hurt back when he was little. Scenes between Marik and Bakura when they're talking about the scars always make me think of something like this, where Bakura is touching them and Marik is trying hard not to think back.

I think it's that much. I'll go check the prices again. It's extremely expensive for my family too. My presents are almost always used and cheap. XD

I don't remember... my stepdad always gets things super cheap from eBay or places like that, so I wouldn't be surprised if he paid somewhere like 50-100 for it. But! There's one thing I'm becoming interested in buying: Corel Painter. It's a really cool coloring program, similar to Photoshop in some of its features, but mostly geared toward people who paint things from scratch.
It looks SO worth the couple hundred of dollars. 8D Though I found an older version of it on Amazon for $34 the other day - used, of course. I might just buy it!
