Sonic can Never use his super speed Ever again...
I asked if I can use an cancelled fanfiction idea of an artist's cancelled project. ( www.deviantart.com/sonikkufan9… ) I credit her permission. And I also changed some setting. Based on her original setting. I hope this is OK... (If there's a copyright problem, please tell me.)

Sonic's life was not easy. Humans, especially G.U.N (Guardian Units of Nation = military) was too much jealous about Sonic's activity. The military captured Sonic and planted a deadly electric torturing device right on his 'heart'. To limit his running speed. Until this this is her original setting.
In my re-setting, the fact that device is too much dangerous for him, as a result, Sonic forced to taken an another huge operation to remove the device. However, the device was stucked to his heart too hard, So there was no choice but he had to take a heart transplantation. And all of those aftereffect of electric torturing and 2 huge operations, "He cannot run anymore"... His speed has gone... Forever... It was too late when military finally released him for good.

In this sunset, Sonic(finally released from G.U.N/military) is crying, Tails is trying to comforting him and advicing.

Sonic: Tails... You, you know... My life has ended. My main powers(speed, chaos energy) are gone. Forever!
Tails: Sonic.....
Sonic: Leave Me Alone for now!
Tails: I wanna say this. Speed is not all of your life. I wanna recommand you how about live a slow life?
Sonic: T.T

Well, as a best bro, Tails is trying to comfort him down.
Shall we cheer Sonic up for his better future, which speed is not absolutely necessary?
