One of Antony Gormely's statues of himself and the thing of purpose in the background on Crosby beach, Merseyside, England.The statue is one of one hundred life size cast iron statues stretching along 3km of beach and up to 1km from the shore which make an art installation called "Another Place"
A thing of purpose is anything which my mum didn't know the purpose of when my siblings and I asked as children.
