I love the tree, but it's merging with the background too much in some places. Also, I find the two sheep in the background distracting. Perhaps I would have liked a closer crop better, though the bushes and tree on the left are important for the picture somehow, I think. The water and hill at the bottom and top are balancing the picture very well, so perhaps cropping would destroy that effect ... hmmm.
