Hi! In general this is very nicely done, I really like it! I think your choose of colours is great. His hair looks amazing with those colorful stains - generally speaking your coloring is on a high level. When it comes to a technique it's also very good. The only thing that I can a bit complain about is a slight disproportion in his face - like the eye should be a little closer to his mouth (generally lower) or the whole face should be a bit shorter. But apart from that the anatomy is really good - his back and arm muscles are nicely drawn. Also those stars - both bigger, coloured and smaller, white ones catch the eye and are a good summary to the composition.
