True. Mine also says the Moon has a female spirit, but since it's a polar bear I went with the Inuit beliefs.

Good choice! Vancouver is a lovely city, especially by the harbour. Downtown is fun to walk around, too.

Your painting It's really nicethe polar regions have an extended night cycle,where at midday you can see the moon!(i think it'z like that for days,weeks?!monthz!!!?) your painting of a polar bear seem'z to have an affinity with that fact

Your welcomeliving in the uk,the earliest i've seen the moon while it'z still daylight,was about 9pm in summer,which seems age's ago(recently for the past 5/6 year'z we've had some pretty bad summers,rainy,cloudy eveningz)

But to see the moon at mid day! would be awesome,and some thing to remember for sure!

It would be, especially to have it hanging around the entire 24 hours...a friend of mine worked up there, she said it was really something to see. And her son just travelled up there for work so he'll get to see the 24 hours of sun.

It seems to me the bear almost feasts on the energy of the moon.
