The girl on the left is Tootie (Vicky's little sister). She made quite a few appearances, and was always crazy about Timmy. Timmy thinks that she's weird, and does his best to avoid her.

too bad there wasn't a 3rd way for Timmy (Veronica? Or even some girls from the cartoon Wayside like Maurecia and Jenny). On a more serious tone, which one is the less evil for Timmy? When I saw this other fanart at [link] Tootie becoming a 2nd Vicky like Harry Osborn who became the Green Goblin like his father Norman Osborn in Spider-man, I think it ease the choice for me

Btw, wouldn't be ironic if Tootie is the only girl who don't give the hives to Chester? I have to confess then I'm one of the rare Chester-Tootie fans [link] [link]

yeah, i completely forgot about Veronica liking Timmy, but i'll keep that in mind next time i do a couples pic.
i'd say that the less evil one is the one Timmy hooks up with, and the artwork made me wonder if Tootie would be that kind of gal.
as for Chester and Tootie...that would be interesting to see those two together without Chester's...condition taking place. also, nice artwork.
