i see pinkie as the smallest, and applejack as the biggest!i think most people see fluttershy as smaller, but i think she has long legs.
and i think rainbowdash is built more stocky, and rarity is tiny and fragile looking.
twilight is a 'baby' alicorn if you will, so she'd probably grow taller than AJ one day!
