**Updated 7/19/22 wit Don Doragoku!**The second part of the shiny metallic extras, the golds. Just like the silver rangers the golds also have eight members, and a 6-2 gender split. Although I guess technically, Zuban doesn't have a gender as he *it* is a sword, but it's a male stunt actor.

I guess this color kinda gets the short end of the stick. Three of these characters only appeared in movies! But then again, six of them appeared in series that also featured a silver. Talk about pairings, sheesh.
And although I *really hate* that Kingranger (a black suit/ranger in Sentai) is reclassfied as a Gold Ranger for PR, I placed him here rather than with PR's black rangers.

All Gold Rangers are male in Power Rangers. Ryusoul Gold is also gold and a guy.

His sentai counterpart, Zuban, is a golden-colored bangai/extra hero. So both are included in the gold picture. Just as other bangai/extra heroes are included in other pictures.

No, yellow shows up every time in PR as well. But blue doesn't get as many of the highlights as red, green or the others. Even though every season there is blue.

Nooo it does not. Hell, there's no yellow ranger in the current series. Red and blue are the only two colors used as individual rangers every year.
In PR, there is no yellow ranger in Dino Charge.
In Super Sentai, there is no yellow ranger in JAKQ, Battle Fever J, Changeman, nor Kyoryuger.

Yea, but more interesting is that a good third of "sixths" have some shade of blue incorporated into their design in addition to their gold, silver, or white. It's just a popular choice for them.

Not really. It's not a core color so it makes sense it's not as populous as those colors.

in terms of rangers to come later on, silver gets more attention. there was Megaranger, Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue, Gaoranger, Dekaranger, Boukenger, Go-Onger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters, and Kyoryugers.

Lightspeed Rescue isn't a Sentai series, so you can't count that when talking about Sentai. And as such, I have not included Titanium as a ranger on my 'all sentai silver' pic.
And you did not mention Goseiger with its silver.
In terms of Sentai numbers between gold and silver, gold has more on the technicality of two different people wearing the gold demon hunter armor, and therefore drastically changing its appearance, from GoGoV.
