So frustrated. Sometimes DA works and sometimes it doesn't. >_< My computer blocks it, then unblocks it, then blocks it again. O_o;; So err... yeah. And somehow it works again. Gggh. So many messages now.... >_<Anyway. I was in an art block when I drew this picture, hence its simplicity. But hey... I think it got me out of the art block.
If anyone wants to color the lineart of this for CG practice and such, I'll post it in my scrap section. Or... you can just get it off my SheezY Art. Either way works fine.Shamless advertising:

Allrighty... I'll assume that you know the basic Photoshop tools already...
For hair:
- Fill in base color (you can use gradient if you want)
- Create new layer above it and use a darker color for shadow (you can also use gradient for this)
- Use an even darker color and apply it onto the shadow where needed (optional)
- Take your burn tool and burn the shadow layer wherever needed (optional)
- Burn the base layer wherever needed too (optional)
- Take the Dodge tool, set it on "highlight", and put shinies wherever necessary on both layers
- Create a new layer, and use a white brush to add more shinies. Toy around with this layer's opacity (if you want) and set the layer on Overlay (if you want)
That's basically how I do it. ^^
