She has her eyes closed just trying to bond before her show time. I like to catch shots like this that other photographers at these shows miss all they want is the action in the areas. Of course they want to make money I do it for fun.

I do know what you mean Russ......Since 2008 when I got my first Digital Cam
the market has just boomed with photographers shooting everything from weeds to
wheels at flea markets...

And everyone wants professional photos and will pay good money because of all the
social sites like FB and Twitter and Instagram....

I am low key, I shoot what I like and that is enough for me...

I was wondering if you did offer the little lady a copy of the photograph you took
with her and her horse.  If I shoot in someones garden I offer them a copy of the
photos I took....Most people are really surprised that I do this, but are really
happy to have a copy...

I would need to send it to the managers of the show. I didn't want to interrupt her when she was about to do her performance. If I give them also - the date time and arena it will ID her.

I have been to Rodeos in Arizona and they too get all decked out ...
Its really nice to see Showtimes and witness all the training that has
been done
