Description Typhlosion is the only final form of a Fire-type starter PokΓ©mon that can only learn Flare Blitz by breeding. Charizard, Blaziken, Infernape, and Emboar all learn it by leveling up.

Didn't Charizard need to be taught the ultimate move....or was the ultimate move called Blast Burn...?
