Commission paid by ~Steve-KCharacter is *shadowwolf 's.
I drew this deer character at Anthrocon and was later commissioned to digitally color it. Shaddie liked the "dreamy feel" it had so I tried to continue on that path. I -guess- I did a good job on that front. I haven't done many purple-y pictures before. Tablet was heavily used again.

Wow...that is damn good. I love the overall mood of this piece, and I also take into account how it looks as if you hand-painted this. Additionally, I notice that this deer is semi-transparent (dunno if that was your intention or not). My only complaint is that we cannot see the subject's face...but that's a minor complaint in consideration of everything else.

I like the picture Mark, it does have a very dreamy feel and the purple background really adds to the exoticness. The only thing I see wrong is the light source on her fur. The moon is in front of Shadowwolf but the light is behind her. Still the picture is very well done
