Description
This is the bounty hunter Rako Hardeen that Obi-Wan Kenobi disguised himself as in the recently completed Bounty Hunter story arc. He is known as "the Marksman of Concord Dawn". What I gathered from a certain scene with Boba Fett is that Hardeen was once one of the bounty hunters that Jango Fett hired to train the clone army.

In the picture above I drew the armor that Obi-Wan chose on Nal Hutta because I thought that it was cool. The helmet design was from an abandoned Boba Fett concept art piece.
