Okay, my second submission to the contest, because quite honestly I wasn't really pleased with the first one at all. So yeah, happy really, really, really late Chinese New Year?I'm pretty happy with this one, especially the coloring since I was experimenting with a new style and I'm really happy with it even though there are a few anatomy problems and the bg sucks but too bad. So yeah just ignore the amazingly craptastic bg.
Oh and anyone who has the ability to do a good lineart digitally with a mouse is amazing. Practically everything besides Ciel's face, hair and legs and Sebastian's face were the only things I didn't completely change from the original, traditional lineart. And let me tell you it was a pain in the frickin ass. so if you can successfully draw a lineart with a mouse, I bow down to your awesomeness

On a side note, Sebastian's head seems too pointed. I think it should be rounder, and the lines of the chin shouldn't be quite so vertical, if you understand what I'm saying..... Also, the arms seem rather thin.
I like the way you did your coloring, it's really nice. And their eyes are fantastic!

Yeah, anatomy really is one of the hardest parts of drawing. Especially when you don't realize you messed up until its already inked (I do that ALOT)

I know. Like if you ink an awesome picture and then a friend points out that the legs are twice the height of the torso....

Yeah, I absolutely hate that! Because then I, being a perfectionist, have to go into photoshop and fix it, which is extremely hard to do with a mouse (which is what I ended up doing with this picture actually)

Unfortunately, I've never actually had the chance to use a tablet before, but I absolutely hate working with mouses for linearts and avoid using them at almost all costs.
