Hmm... to critique this piece... Is going to be a little difficult.
The flaws within this piece are very minor as the skill in your drawing is clearly visible here.
Structurally, the characters are very sound, barring a few angles and shapes. Both of the Metal's spines are angled a little high where the physical structure of both calls for a smooth, flat arc like Sonic's own head. Classic Metal's [top] left shoulder is a little out of line and his torso isn't perfectly round, while Yellow Metal's [bottom] legs seem to be a little too wide.
One thing does irk me though, Classic Metal's visible foot is too small and it's angled a little awkwardly; it should be angled slightly downward since I doubt it'd be a good position to have your leg that high while having your foot be perpendicular to your shin.
Really, aside from a few minor flaws in their structure which are easily negligible, the drawing is pretty dang good. It shows your skill very well and works marvelously as the product of a sketch
However, as a completed piece, it fails in one aspect: the lack of a background.
Here, you attempted to go beyond the basis of a Sketch, where no background is needed, and you applied the idea of a theme-like image. The image of an almost YinYang-symbol like display is very creative and cool all-in-all. But the absence of a Background makes the picture become weak; you need a background, something that complements Blue and Yellow in a decent way. The best color combination I can think of would be a mixture of green shades that are patterned to be like digital circuitry. And to further emphasize the difference between Metal Classic and Metal Yellow [I feel sad that I don't know THAT Metal's official name] designs, you could use a blue-ish-green mix for one side [preferably on Yellow Metal's side], and a yellow-green mix for the other [on Classic Metal's side].
But you can do whatever you like for the coloring of the background; I'm merely suggesting a green-theme coloration as it's a very complementary color to blue; it's why Sonic has green eyes.
In summary: You're lines are very good with very few flaws in the work, but the absence of a background takes away from the spectacle of the image you created. I love the idea you pulled off and how it looks [albeit it's annoying trying to look at Yellow Metal upside down with no way to turn it right-side up xD], and because it was just that good, it was hard to find flaws in the piece.

Oh yeah it is, only this is the Mecha Sonic which is actually the real Sonic,as he was once roboticized in the comics.
