For theΒ XXI vs Buu fight, what do you want to bet that, per his usual method of shutting down opponents with one move,Β XXI just casts the sealing spell imprisoning Buu in order to win the match?

I think XXI is very weak in comparison with so powerful enemy as Buu, but I don't know if he would obtain information or powers from his "friend" (see DBM page 993, it seems to be Shenron) to defeat Buu.Β

He was able to cook up a remote that could shut down #18. I have a feeling he can manage the sealing spell necessary if he had to.Β

Personally I think that Gast will lose to Dr Raichi. Oh sure, Gast shut down Buu, but there are sealing spells and magical tricks. All we know in power is that Gast is superior in strength to Perfect Cell at the time of his death

Gast can stop, at least temporally, even Buu, so I think he's much stronger than Vegeta SSJ3. As I said Gast, Vegetto and Buu are stronger than the others. So Raichi, even using Hirudegan, Hatchijack or Vegeta SSJ3, I don't think he can defeat Gast.
For other side, I think Vegeta U18 is stronger than Vegeta U13, so it'd be great see the semifinal fight between Goku and Vegeta in SSJ3, but I think Goku would win.
We'll see what happen

Sealing spells. Gast could've used magic to stop Buu, which may not work on other beings like Ghost Vegeta. We haven't seen him physically or ki-blast overwhelm Buu-level beings, just trap Buu under a spell. As I mentioned, that could simply be an advanced Sealing Spell based on Bibidi's. Even if he is strong enough, I'm of the mind that Gast isn't just innately strong because of the fusion. He's had over 30 years to improve
Also, I want to see that bitch Bra learn her place by Dr Raichi, who I think is a very well-done villain(anti-villain, really) and is what his canon self should have been(really, he's what Baby from GT should've been). U3 is my favorite, so there's bias here. What's your favorite universe?

Yes, what you say about Gast is right, we haven't watched in combat still and maybe he knows magic, but in my opinion I think in DBM he's very strong. I don't think if all namekians fuse they achieved so powerful warrior as Gast, not even Freeza level,but in DBM yes. It's like Brolly, I don't think he could defeat even a SSJ2 but in DBM he reach so level who needs Vegetto SSJ3 to be stopped. But this allows us to see amazing combats.
My favourite universe is the classical U18, but I would prefer this with not only vegeta and goku have trained but Gohan, Goten and Trunks too. For example this:

U3 because it was a surprise: Bardock (the DBM 413th page was amazing), Piccolo Daimao, Dr.Raichi and Tapion controlling Hinduregan.

I can't imagine Dr Raichi wins, because Vegeta SSJ3 was far superior than him before he loses the SSJ3 level and Gast is stronger than Vegeta. For me Gast, Buu and Vegetto are in other level.

Has it been confirmed he's stronger than Vegeta? Especially something like SSJ3 Vegeta. Also, that Vegeta's base could be a lot weaker than U18 Vegeta, and thus a potential SSJ3 U18 Vegeta is stronger than his U13 counterpart. In fact, I guarantee U18 Vegeta is far superior than U13 Vegeta, since like U13 Kakarotto he is but a shadow of what Vegeta could have been and lacks the drive that made the Vegeta we love so strong. Dr Raichi now has Ghost Hirudegarn to control, and if need be the Hatchiyack of U3. Which is probably ludicrously powerful at this point

those are actually all interesting fights where the outcome is not clear from the beginning.
Now we only have to get on with the story and not all the special chapters

Well I don't think we see finish the tournament because evil vegetto or hidden shenron stop it, but we have to wait to see what happens

Only Salagir and his inner circle know how the story will unfold but if i remember correctly it was stated that by the end of the tournament half of the story will be over. Maybe we will not get to the finals but there are definitely some fights which Salagir wont skip. Uub vs Goku and Vegeta vs Cell are interesting in particular. My hunch is that things will go mayhem during the Buu vs xyz/ksii battle.
