WOAH FOUND OUT TODAY THAT THERE WAS AN ACTUAL 6 STAR GENERAL IN HISTORY!That means they were the commander of the entire military and all branches not just their own.
so thinking of my story where Mark McAlister gains control of every military he would be so egotistical to make a new rank for himself. 7 STAR SUPREME GENERAL {7 being a holy number, he thinks he is god, you catch my drift?} So this is my concept of the insignia for such a title
how does it look?

lol, he is my fictional character who is the 5 star general of the army, he is my take on what would happen if the most powerful position in the military were to be overtaken by a complete megalomaniac

speaking of fiction, in some of my books there are characters called the Tyderius who are all General Commanders (Six Stars) and they are members of the planetary Special Forces known as the Elite Force. these guys and gals are the best of the best and the most bad ass of all the military.

yeah, when John Adams was president, he didn't think that 5 stars was enough of a rank for George Washington, so he made him a 6-star general. i found that out like 3rd to last day of school.
