Well basically what you have to do is buy shrinky paper. I think the brand is called shrinkies and you can find it at Michael's or Hobby Lobby I've heard. It comes in various types. The ones you want to look are either the clear ones (you can draw on top of those) or the printable ones. The ones I used are the clear ones because I don't have a printer. So basically depending on the one you get, it's either drawing on the clear one (first you have to sand the surface so the coloured pencils stick better) and use a sharpie for doing the lineart. For the printeable one you just print it. After that, you have to follow the instructions, but you have to bake the charm in the oven for no less than 5 minutes. You will see how the plastic starts to twist itself so don't panic! It just shrinks around a 50 or 60% of the original size so you just have to keep that in mind. After that, you can either glue an eyepin or a clip and you're done you can also use something for protecting the painted surface like resin or glazing media like mod podge or whatever so yeah, it's just a matter of practice but it's easy and I'm sure you can do it
