Full size, please!I finally finished it!
This took quite a while, I tried to pay a lot of attention to this one. Hope it was worth it! I tried to keep the style close to the cartoony appearance of the TF2 character models while putting into practice the eye and facial shading. (Added some scars and tears because, why not? : D )
So whaddya think?

You did a great job with the lighting here! This image gives off a mysterious and anticipating vibe to it.
The background is done very well with the bricks lining up almost perfectly in a straight line and remaining parallel to each other. The lighting done on the hood and his left shoulder is nicely done. The detailing on the hood and clothing are drawn perfectly and flow nicely in the direction the different articles of clothing are folding.
My issue with this image is that the top left of the hood needs more lighting. Since it's more rounded at the top, it needs just a touch more light there, preferably at the edge. I would also emphasize the small scars on the face a bit more as the light almost entirely swallows them up.

Hmmm.. I took a lot of breaks for 7 days, so maybe... ~7-10 hours of sketch + lineart + color? XD I usually don't keep track.

You're welcome! Let me just say that he looks a little young to be the canon spy. I think all the TF2 characters (with the exception of the scout) are supposed to be in their 40's and 50's), and their skin kinda reflects that. His skin is really too smooth and young for the Spy. But it's a superior picture nonetheless.
