Description I actually made quite a lot of mistakes in the colouring and lineart of this picture, which I'm not that proud of. Just don't go too deep into details, okay? XP I didn't have a decent desk when I coloured this, so yeah... D:

Other than that, I like it a lot. The colour scheme itself is nice and the anatomy decent. I actually coloured their wings in more than black and white this time, and I think I'm going to keep doing that. It looks better and adds some depth to the feather pattern. Plus I had too much fun drawing Aziraphale's clothes. 83 Green was a new colour to use for him, but I think it worked out okay with the tartan. x'D

I love your drawing style and how you color! The way you do it, it looks like stained glass! Quite beautiful.

I commented on this on lj already, but I figure everyone likes lots of comments so I'll comment again!

Your use of such bright, rich colors is my favorite thing about this picture (other than the fact that it's a pic of Azi and Crowley, of course). The swirls of color are really awesome, and they really enhance my other favorite element of this picture, which is the wings. I love their wings and how they come together at the bottom. THis picture does such an awesome job of symbollically representing the yin-yang qualties of Heaven and Hell while showing clearly that Aziraphale and Crowley have joined together in the middle of these factions. Lovely.

I like their gestures. It seems that they're showing what they really are: supernatural beings, with all their baggage of symbolic gestures. It is something you can usually see in 1400-1500's paintings, where angels use to hold their hands in a similar way.
Very good

XD To be honest I really didn't think about that. But I like to make characters' bodies expressive as well as their faces, because I really don't draw facial expressions well enough. XP But thank you. <3

I like how you mixed the black on the wings with blue. ^^

Oooo, the wings are PRETTY!

... The look like they've been caught doing something they shouldn't (I don't know, holding hands ...?) and are Not Impressed at being interrupted.

I actually really like the background/border around them. It's really vibrant and it makes me smile. I also like the way the wings are virtually framing Aziraphale and Crowley.

: D Thank you!

Hmm. I'm not sure. When I drew this, I thought of the holding hands gesture as more of a symbolic gesture than anything else; their relationship through the Arrangement, their union during the Apocalypse. (Which on the other hand is something they shouldn't be doing. XD) The background colours compliment this, (Blue and red, Heaven and Hell)as well as the green-blue orb behind them. (The Earth. Okay, I knew exactly what I was doing when I drew this. XDDD)

Hence the serious faces. But it's open to personal interpretation, of course. XP

It was easy and fun to draw. :3 It ended up kind of portrait-y, which I really like.

Aaah, I see! Yeah, the serious faces do compliment a more serious take on the whole picture. I like all your symbolism, actually. *is a total sucker for anything symbolic* The red and blue did make me think of heaven and hell, and now you mention it I can see that the blue-green orb is symbolic of the Earth. I like it!

The portrait-y-ness of it is nice. It sort of reminds me of something, but I can't remember what the piece is called. D: Sorry! I'll try to remember, but as I'm a bit rubbish, I probably won't be able to. *sadface*
