He's not really moody luckily ^_^
It's just his expression when he's up against the corruption that apparently plagues the world in the time period according to this story of mine ~ I of course am not deviating from the heart of the pokemon story, but instead adding a little more realism and/or connection to the things and values in our everyday lives in the vast, yet, sometimes pessimistic world we live around. He is still kind in the story, but indeed, a little bit more quiet and serious -- only from the things he's gone through--- but you know as they say, you don't change too much as you were younger, so he is still Ash/Satoshi as he was in the show, games, manga.

That's what I mean O.o I'd hate it if he turned out like that though.
Heh, yeah nice shading too, I like using pen, and hate pencil D: but when I think about it, it's best to use pencil for major stuff ;-P

As part of the story goes it's the change in the world that has affected him His inner character that he's always had in the story is still there, it just his age, time, and maturity which I believe has caused this Deathpan look to him . I just tried to make an older Satoshi apart from anything else though

Personality here shouldn't indicate that he's completely fated away in that area, but rather a moral what time and suffering can do to you I think one of the elements I've wanted to include in my hypothesis and story is that the heart and love you've had since you were younger doesn't completely escape from you and including the way you act and all You may act a bit more different in situations when you grow older, but the key elements will always remain This means that Satoshi's scary look here is his seriousness in the situation and perhaps some sort of anger that has developed over the years with loss and all. His eyes became narrower to express this, but you'll come to find as in real life, that he's still the same His soul is still as pure as it was always

I watched it all the time, even have the first two movies its just, in MY eyes its taking too long and stuff, new pokemon keep coming and coming.. but the humour isn't gone, so thats good! And u welcome.

Thanks. Ah, and his eyes are meant to be intimidating. It's all the seriousness of the situation. That's what I plan to do with Xtreme- make it more mature and serious but still keep the sense of harmony the original series had
