"Sometimes we are painted beautiful by the ugly masks the world has leant us."This is highly interpretive, and was something I did after staring thoughtfully at the line above. It was something I had Alicia in my story say and I just thought.. that it was so true.
Huh, this is such a strange drawing.. Very deformed and different from what I normally do.

She has a very nice face - it somehow reminds of a doll but NOT a "lifelessly" looking one!

There's nothing strange about this drawing. The only thing I see different is that you've used a more realistic style - which I like a lot. *loves semi-realism* So what I get from the quote is that we can be beautiful even through stereotypes? (The "ugly masks" being the stereotypes given by society.) Oh and the drawing is lovely.

It's a pretty awesome art style to work with! It's different from what I normally do, which is why I suppose I got so worried about working with it..
The concept is actually open to interpretation. My view was a bit different, but yours works pretty well too! It's very thoughtful~
