Description
This is for, ~! She won second place in my contest and therefor earned herself a free fully colored request <3This is also my second entry for her contest~ Since she was nice enough to let me enter in another one ^w^ (Her character is so cute!! >w< )
...The colors didn't turn out like I wanted them to; they appear way more grainy on the computer than they should @_@ I used prisma for this whole art, so I guess it's to be expected but...
Ah well I tried ^^' I hope the result isn't so bad~

And the colouring is very wow, you're getting really good at blending stuff!
Also like the digital stuff cos it doesn't take away focus from your drawing too much, and it stil looks natural.

prismas sound really good! I think i would use colour more if i had softer pencils, but mine are watercolour >< which are fun but only if you use water on em, which is sometimes too much effort for me

Awwws >< I think everybody sucks at first. I was reeeeally terrible. I think the trick is to use the perfect amount of water, not too much or too little, so you can get nice easy blending, also I use a REALLY tiny brush when I'm trying to make it look good haha

I've never really used watercolors or done any painting, so I really have no reason to have them o_o Ah well, better go out and buy some xD

Awwws I think some are pretty low price. I only really like painting with watercolours, so I have many many brushes >.< It's silly cos I have only 3 brushes which I always use haha.
You should practise painting because I find it can be quite expressive, and they can also look good even if they're quite messy, which is hard to do with coloured pencils. I also like to do a faint watercolour background then do a lineart over the top, so its not totally bland, but still quite easy.

Actually, we did painting in class~ And I wasn't allowed to incoporate my anime style into the drawings so I failed miserably ><' I could only draw abstract, and it looked really bad >_> I'm an anime artist; not a scenery artist! xD
But watercolor painting sounds really fun <3

Yup yup ^.^ It is hard to use different styles when you're used to one style. I'm trying to be quite diverse with styles but it's difficult. When you're a pretty new artist though I find it is best to just stick at what you feel good doing until you get the confidence to do other stuff... Unless you're one of those people who are just naturally AMAZING of course haha.
