Yeah 100% delicious red currants - they may need another week or two for taste but they already are edible.

actually - errm - they taste of red currants (hard to explain it's unique, really)
They are sour like a lemon but with sugar they're OK.
The longer we wait the sweeter they will be until the birds come by to have them eaten all up
