When the rest of the pack betrays you, inevitably even those you thought were your friends will turn their back on you...

Are you wondering if this and my last uploaded picture are connected? Yes, yes they are. It is all an allegory for something that is going on in my life with my "pack." Long story short, after a regrettable incident not entirely related to work happened, word about it got out and my supervisor, my Alpha, used confidential information to essentially blackmail me and stab me in the back. Following this, there seems to be some sort of rumor going around or something about what actually happened as when I went in today for a small meeting, the rest of the pack was acting very squirrelly--ignoring me or purposefully trying to avoid me. What hurt most was one of the members of my team--who happens to take the Epsilon place on the hierarchal order, and who I also liked very much and thought we were about as close to friends as one could get, apparently told a member of another department who I am friendly with that he didn't want anything to do with me. At this point it seems the only one left even remotely on my side is one of the Beta's--whom I've adopted as my surrogate father. Though, I fear that in light of recent events, his association with me will prove detrimental to him as well...

So...expect more mopey allegory art for a while...it's how I'm attempting to process some of what is going on through my head at the moment...
